Crabtree Valley Dental is pleased to announce our reopening on Monday, May 18, 2020. Our number one practice value is assurance. Your interests, needs, and safety are of utmost priority. We have gone to great measures to have the best personal protective equipment for our team. This is for your safety, as well as the safety of our team. Our cleaning supplies have also been upgraded to prepare a more sterile environment. As always, you will notice our team washing their hands frequently.
After answering a few prescreening questions via phone, we will be ready to schedule your appointment and get back to serving you. We would also like to share some additional safety protocols implemented to keep you and our team healthy.
Upon arrival, all of our patients will be greeted outside of the building. Here you will be screened and can expect one of our team members to do the following:
1. We will take your temperature to ensure it is below 100.4
2. You will be asked a series of questions to screen for respiratory issues. We will also make certain you have no sore throat, signs of a cough or shortness of breath.
3. Our office is also pleased to provide you with an additional measure using our pulse oximeter. This device will check your blood oxygen saturation level and we will be looking for a reading above 92%.
Assuming you pass all three precautionary measures, it will truly be our pleasure to serve you again.
We ask that you please bring a mask with you, as this will be required. If you do not have a mask, we have a limited supply of cloth masks available for your convenience. We also ask that you not bring other individuals with you to your appointment, unless they are providing transportation, or also being seen by our team. We do have the luxury of space, so we are more than happy to accommodate family members at the same time.
After your screening, you will be escorted to your own treatment room. As an added safety measure, we will ask you to pre-rinse with OraCare. This is a mouth health rinse that kills not only bacteria and fungi but viruses as well while being safe and effective.
Throughout your visit, you may experience a change in the way we provide your service, or even in the order in which we provide it. Rest assured, this is for your safety and for the greater good of our community. If at any moment you have questions or concerns, we are here to help. We are ready to serve.
Live happy and smile often!
