I've been to them twice and would continue except I'm leaving the area. I've had two appointments, one for a first time visitor and a second visit. Both of them were efficient (took maximum 45 minutes) and the service was good. I particularly like how they have great stain removal (coffee drinker here). Bonus is you can get appointments at 7:30 AM possibly before work.

I had a very great experience coming in getting my cleaning done. Especially from Genny who made sure all my questions and concerns were met with.
